This is a priority recruitment with the ambition of an immediate start.
As an Associate, you will play a project-leading role within our transaction teams, taking responsibility for managing and coaching Analysts, while contributing directly to client relationships and deliverables. The role offers significant responsibility, exposure to senior decision-makers, and the opportunity to work on strategically important transactions – both in Sweden and internationally.
Key Responsibilities

- Review and ensure the quality of financial models and valuation analyses prepared by Analysts.
- Prepare and oversee key deliverables such as teasers, information memoranda, management presentations, and pitch materials.
- Conduct and synthesize company, industry, and investor/buyer research.
- Coordinate and participate in due diligence processes, data room management, and overall process execution.
- Contribute to negotiations, transaction structuring, and the preparation of core transaction documents and analyses.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Analysts – a role offering significant responsibility, continuous learning, and influence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English (required), with experience presenting to clients and leading deliverables.
- Strong ability to structure, prioritize, and manage multiple parallel workstreams under time pressure.
- Self-motivated, professional, and eager to develop in an entrepreneurial environment.
- A strong team player who values collaboration and contributes ideas openly.
Why Join Livingstone
- Immediate exposure to senior advisors and clients from day one.
- A meritocratic, team-oriented environment designed for long-term success.
- Opportunity to contribute to high-profile mid-market transactions.
- Access to both national and international deal flow through our global platform.
Above all, you will join a close-knit team that works hard – but also enjoys the journey together. At Livingstone, humility and team spirit are valued just as highly as the ability to deliver results.
