Joris van de Kerkhof joins Livingstone Benelux
Global investment bank Livingstone has appointed Joris van de Kerkhof as partner in the Amsterdam office. Joris has over 25 years experience as corporate finance professional. During his career, Joris supported numerous family businesses and national and international private equity clients. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in advising management teams in private equity transactions and structuring incentive plans.
As pragmatic and hands-on deal professional he advises on national and international buy and sell side M&A transactions, mergers and capital raisings in a broad range of industries – including industrial production, consumer products, food & agri and healthcare services.
Before joining Livingstone Partners, Joris was partner within PwC’s Corporate Finance team in Amsterdam team and responsible for the private equity coverage.
